| Job Description: |
Aid in preparation and review the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and Forms 8-K, including earnings releases o Draft selected statements, footnotes, sections of MD&A and certain SEC filings o Prepare / review workpapers and ensure workpapers prepared by subordinates adhere to quality and documentation standards o Coordinate quality review procedures of all documents prior to filing · Provide technical assessment of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting issues and draft related memoranda · Communicate and present technical information to diverse groups such as corporate accounting, tax, law, treasury, domestic and international operating divisions · Participate in Disclosure Committee meetings · Coordinate and present CPE sessions · Liaison with internal auditors and D&T · Manage the activities of SEC reporting staff, including monthly accounting for stock-based compensation · Participate in performing valuations of acquired companies · Coordinate annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment tests · Assist in preparation of management reporting for Board of Directors meetings and quarterly conference calls |

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION: · 5-7 years experience, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting · Certified Public Accountant · Recent SEC experience and or major accounting firm experience |
