| Position Responsibilities: |
This Manager will be planning, directing and coordinating Human Resources activities. Responsibilities are short and long term staffing strategies to support the company's growth, serve as strategic advisor to senior management team as well as employee advocate, develop employment programs, compensation recommendations, recruitment plan and education and training initiatives, identify and implement best practices for hiring, retention, compensation and benefits.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, PHR Preferred |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
•Minimum 4-7 years in a Human Resources Manager capacity, with SOME/OR MOST EXPERIENCE in the MORTGAGE INDUSTRY
•Bachelors degree required
•Professional H.R. Certification or Global H.R. Certification preferred
•Excellent skills in management training techniques and programs
•Ability to create innovative solutions for aligning people with business strategies
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to solve problems and identify/execute solutions
•Perform complex, ever-changing situations
•Solid computer skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
•Strong project management skills
