Job 9005: Sr Financial Advisor (12)

Location: MD-Other   Baltimore,Hagerstown,Montgomery,Anne Arundel,Eastshore Southern MD, DC and Northern VA
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: base is relative to T12 plus commissions
Bonus & Incentives: salary plus enhanced commission offer for first 12 months
Position Responsibilities: Initiates and receives customers' security transaction orders; provides quotes of security pricesand market information to customers; verifies ability of customer to complete the transaction;executes sales, providing accurate and efficient service and ensuring optimum customerrelationships.Ensures that products and services offered to clients are suitable, appropriate and in conformity with bank's Investments policy, procedures and external regulators.Telemarketing, (customer) rotation, seminars, thirty daily customer contacts.Maintains customer records in accordance with corporate and regulatory management guidelines to include investment of objectives, transaction information and frequency of customer contact. Provides periodic review of assigned customer portfolios giving advice to customer consistent with customer objectives and bank's "investment philosophy".Keeps informed of security market trends and developments, as well as changes in state andfederal security regulations through trade publications, research materials and attendance atsales meetings. Will adhere to policies and procedures issued from internal and external sources.Confirms and relays information to customers concerning order executions. Supplies customerswith basic account information; investigates and resolves customer account inquiries andproblems (i.e., trading errors, lost dividends, bad checks, etc.) Prepares various department reports regarding sales activity, orders, executions, confirmations, and settlements. Assists and guides less experienced representatives in completing unusual or complex sales transactions. Performs other duties or related tasks as may be assigned by supervisor.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, Series 7
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: NASD Series 7 and 66 or (63 & 65) license.Requires at least three to five years of sale experience.

Additional Comments: T12 over 250 gets guaranteed salary although all candidates over 100k T12 should apply
