| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must produce a minimum of 8-12MM in commercial lending lines. (equipment loans, accounts, receivable, construction loans, end mortgages, vacant land, land development) Must have appropriate credit training including graduate of bank sponsored training program, RMA, or Omega business credit class. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Preferred candidates will have a proven track record with an ability to quickly assess loan credit risk for desirability thorough analysis. Must embrace community involvement. |
