| Job Description: |
Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of our largest most complex client relationships Provide outstanding leadership in revenue and sales production (Loans and Deposits of $100K to $200M). Provide quality service to affluent customers. Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients which generate revenues and a profit to the Bank. Build and maintain book of business by: Helping clients define their financial goals and objectives. Analyzing client’s current financial resources and financial position. Meet all contact, referral and service standards. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Working knowledge of wealth management business; comprehensive knowledge of the benefits and features of all banking products and services; good awareness of changing financial markets and the overall economic environment; financial interviewing skills; analytical skills; sales/presentations skills; negotiation skills; Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5 + years experience in commercial lending, trusts, and investments. Must have formal credit training Must have Series 7, 63 and 65 Knowledge of trusts, investments and taxes |
