| Job Description: |
Major SF Bay Area bank, financially solid and growth-oriented, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to fill a key position within the Corporate Controller’s Group. This is a high-visibility position within a dynamic reporting environment, with responsibility for overseeing the regulatory reporting requirements for the bank and holding company, along with evaluating and implementing regulatory requirements for new products and transactions. The successful candidate will have the ability to assume full responsibility and ownership of the position, managing a group of 4 by both mentoring and “rolling up their sleeves” to assist in interpreting and implementing reporting changes due to M&A activities and other bank-wide projects. The Controller’s Group fosters a cooperative work environment, and values the ability to lead teams effectively and to work cross-functionally with others to meet tight filing deadlines. The position will require excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA certification, preferably with public accounting experience • Thorough, comprehensive and current understanding of banking regulatory reporting rules and regulations • Proven success as a leader |
