| Job Description: |
We are searching for a Relationship Manager to join our growing Agricultural lending team in the Tri-Cities area of Washington (WA). This person will be responsible for business development and relationship management by providing agricultural investment and advisory services. You will evaluate, prepare and recommend credit applications within the bank's target market focus and within the credit policies and procedures established by the company. Such responsibilities include but are not limited to: • The origination and servicing of agricultural loans. • The origination and servicing of loans for other third party clients. • Cross-sell of banks services. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
5+ years of agricultural lending experience. Could be open to a combination of agricultural and commercial lending experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
8+ years of agricultural lending experience in the Pacific Northwest. |
