| Job Description: |
Lender will develop, service, and expand commercial and/or residential construction and A&D loan relationships in-market to existing and new clients. Performs credit analysis and maintains all client relationships. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Consistently produce $9mm to $15mm in loans per year. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program or have equivalent credit experience. Extensive lending and credit experience in a traditional bank that has a highly relational sales culture. Over 65% of daily tasks included some sort of business development responsibility. |
