| Job Description: |
You will call on small to medium size companies to develop high quality commercial loans and cross sell the banks other products. You will be expected to underwrite your own deals and manage those relationships for the bank. You will also take an active and visible role in the community representing the bank at social and business events. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
You must have a proven tract record of developing profitable commercial banking relationships for a bank. Formal credit training or equivalent experience to enable you to underwrite your own deals. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Local to the Frederick Market Area or be within an easy commute. |
